When you use the Request Care form, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if given), who the care is for, the services you are interested in and any notes you write. When you use the Caregiver Application form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, availability, experience and your message.
Please do not include detailed medical information in the forms. We will talk about care needs with you directly.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about care or a job application.
- To plan and arrange the services you ask about.
- To keep basic records of our conversations with you.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How form messages are delivered
Form submissions are sent to our team by email. The website does not keep a separate database of form entries.
Cookies and outside services
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Some pages load content from outside services: fonts from Google Fonts and the map on our Contact page from Google Maps. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.
